Day 1 — Shock
You Are Not Alone in This
Isaiah 41:10
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

The night your world fell apart, you may have sat very still. Not crying — just staring. That stillness is shock, and it is real.

Shock is God's mercy built into your nervous system. Your body knows you can only take so much at once. The pain that feels like numbness is actually protection.

But God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 speaks directly into that stillness: I am with you. Not "I will arrive when you pull yourself together." Not "I'll be there once you figure out what to do next." Right now. In the kitchen floor moment. In the 3am staring-at-nothing moment. He is already there.

You don't have to explain it. You don't have to feel it yet. You just have to know: you are not alone in this.

A Voice From Our Community
"The night my husband told me he was leaving, I sat on the kitchen floor until 3am. Not crying — just staring at the refrigerator. I had prayed for our marriage every single day for three years. I fasted. I begged God to fix what we had broken together."
"What saved me was a woman named Dolores who stopped me in the parking lot and said, 'I went through this fifteen years ago. I want you to know — you are still whole.'"
